Refund Policy for Lakshana Shravan

Thank you for choosing Lakshana Shravan for your personal and professional growth. We value your commitment to your learning journey and want to ensure clarity in our refund and rescheduling policies.

1. One-on-One Sessions

  • Rescheduling and Postponement: In the event that Lakshana Shravan is unavailable due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or postpone the session to a later date at the mutual convenience of both parties.

  • Non-Transferable: Our one-on-one sessions are tailored specifically to the individual who has registered for the course. Therefore, only the registered participant is allowed to attend the sessions. The course is non-transferable; you cannot transfer the course to someone else once you’ve registered.

  • No Refunds: Once you have registered for a one-on-one session, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Concession for Missed Sessions: If you are unable to attend a session due to a valid reason, a concession of one session will be provided as a one-time courtesy. No further concessions will be granted.

2. Group Sessions

  • Recordings Provided: For group sessions, we provide recordings for your reference, so if you miss a session, you can catch up.

  • Non-Refundable: Please note that group sessions are non-refundable. If you miss a session, you may refer to the recording, but no refunds or additional sessions will be provided.

3. Cancellation

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

4. General Terms

  • By registering for any of our courses or sessions, you agree to these terms and understand that the course is non-refundable.

  • These terms apply to all sessions and courses offered by Lakshana Shravan, both individual and group formats.
